We believe the best things in life are simple: real ingredients, great taste, and the kind of easy connection that brings people together. Bevii is inspired by family tables and shared moments - where a drink is never just a drink, it’s an invitation to gather.

Our story

Bevii began with a ritual. Piero and Luigi grew up in a small coastal town in Calabria, where life moved to the rhythm of sea air, citrus trees and people always dropping by.

In Calabria, bergamot isn’t a trendy ingredient - found in perfume or soap - it is just part of life. The brothers grew up drinking bergamot concentrate mixed with water: intense, aromatic, and unmistakably Calabrian.

When Piero and Luigi moved to the U.S., they brought their traditions - and Bergamot - with them. In the U.S., they kept the ritual going, sharing it with friends and family - always chasing that same bright, coastal taste.

But the concentrate is powerful, and not exactly “grab-and-go.” That sparked a simple question: how can we make this ritual easier to enjoy every day - without losing what makes it special?

That question became Bevii.

What we make

Bevii is made for the moments when you want something refreshing, light, and a little elevated - at dinner with friends, at your desk when the afternoon needs a reset, on the boat and at the beach - really whenever. It’s crisp, bright, and easy to drink: a go-to for everyday sipping and effortless hosting.

Every flavor starts with our signature base: bright Calabrian bergamot + a touch of extra virgin olive oil. From there, we build different flavors with fruits and herbs, keeping the profiles clean and balanced—never heavy, never overly sweet.

Why bergamot + olive oil

Bergamot is Calabria’s iconic citrus - aromatic, vibrant, and slightly bittersweet, with a flavor that feels more aperitivo than lemonade. Extra virgin olive oil is a Mediterranean staple, and in Bevii it adds a subtle roundness that makes the sparkle feel smoother and more satisfying.
